MOLY HT LCX-2 220 PLUS HD greases contain small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive & 4% to 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, high drop point, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. This grease provides with excellent load-carrying capacity, extra wear resistance prevents seizures & excessive wear when operating under higher loads, resulting in longer equipment component life. It is manufactured from high viscosity index premium quality synergistic mineral base oil with special lithium soap thickener, advanced special EP additive, anti rust, corrosion and oxidation inhibitors to provide good surface adhesion properties for plain & anti friction bearings and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavy vibration & high shock load to provide high mechanical & chemical stability. Its unique technology of higher dropping point gives exceptional stability under thermal stress. It contains special chemical additives which enhanced oxidation resistance and special type of polymer to withstand oil separation. R&O TURBINE OIL is a premium-quality turbine oil with rust and oxidation inhibited in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. It is manufactured from premium high refined & high viscosity index paraffinic base oil technology. It contains anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, ashless, zinc-free and non-silicone anti-foam inhibitors to provide outstanding performance and protection in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. SMB 20K FLUIDPRESS additive is non-toxic ecofriendly and chemistry provides high shock loads and heavy vibration, high temperature & low speed both exist in indoors and outdoors in both cold & high temperature applications and gives high protection by minimizing metal-to-metal contact and wear of the friction elements, avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. SMB 20K FLUIDPRESS lubrication has much better and good in performance compared to metallic soap greases because it doesn’t block up pipes, which usually happens because of the oil, soap & solid lubricant separation when working under high hydraulic pressure generated by the pumps of centralized and Individualized systems. It has been formulated to environmental protection engineering norms, it doesn’t contain any bitumen, heavy metals, chlorine and solid particles or any other type of solvents.
FORMS OF APPLICATION AND USES  SMB 20K FLUIDPRESS has been designed to lubricate: - Journal, Roller & Sleeve bearings, Transmission brasses, Crown wheels, Transmissions open gears & Crystallizer transmission gears & Rotating dryer gears with the capability to resist the permanent attack of pollutants as steam vapour, water, juice and trash.  APPLICATION INDUSTRY: Sugar mills large heavy loaded in roller journal bearings & large girth gear drives, Steel, Paper, Mining, Cement, Chemical, Marine & Offshore.  SMB 20K FLUIDPRESS can be applied by high pressure spray systems but, immersion or circulation lubrication is possible too. It is suggested for heavy duty gear drives working at low speeds. This range is strongly recommended in Sugar, cement, mining, chemical and power plants. 

DESCRIPTION HYDRO AW & HLP Hydraulic Oils specially developed for applications subjected to wide range of temperature at high pressure or where small viscosity change with fluctuating temperature is required. Formulated with combination of highly refined quality paraffinic base oils Group 2 for AW, HLP a highly shear stable polymer and an advanced additive system to meet the stringent requirements of modern hydraulic systems. These oils offer good protection against wear, corrosion and rust formation. These oils prevent high foam building and ageing of the lubricants. Also when these lubricants are exposed to small amounts of water, this hardly influences the filterability of the lubricant. This grease is formulated with high viscosity & quality synergistic base oil stocks engineered with synthetic (PAO) ester additives with special white solid lubricants Mox-Active a German technology EP additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures. It also gives excellent lubrication for extended bearings life and gives longer relubrication interval periods over a wide range & high temperature. DESCRIPTION: SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is fully synthetic compressor oil blended with di-esters and selected additives, including specific inhibitors added to extend life and to improve their ability to protect against corrosion. These lubricants can be used for severe duty, multistage compressors that provide outstanding deposit control and long lubricant life. SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is available in six different grades and also provide excellent air separation and possess low foaming tendencies. It offers an extended service life in rotary screw compressor (up to 12,000 hours) and greatly reduced deposits in both single and multistage reciprocating air compressors. APPLICATION  High-severity rotary and reciprocating air compressors, especially effective in multi-stage units where there has been a history of excessive oil deposits, whether in large or small cylinders with high or low pressure.  Rotary air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –40°C and 110°C.  Reciprocating air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –35°C and 200°C (or up to 220°C for short periods).  SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL are recommended for use in rotary screw compressors (ISO 32, 46 and 68) and reciprocating compressors (ISO 100, 150 and 220).
