DESCRIPTION SYNTH HYDRO HFDU is a high performance synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, formulated from very high group VI base oil stocks polyol esters & Trixy lenyl Phosphate Ester incorporated with high performance additive packages to improve oxidation, stability, lubricity, corrosion & metal wear prevention with water free, coupled with a proven ashless. These fluids are developed to provide good performance in conventional hydraulic systems and exhibit better fire resistance than mineral oils. These oil are designed to minimize fluid degradation and thus extend fluid change out intervals under even the most severe operating conditions. These synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid are readily biodegradable with low Eco toxicity compared to other petroleum products. Excellent viscosity control enables them to operate over a wide range of working temperatures. They provide very high anti-ware protection to the pump and its components. These fluids offer very good corrosion protection to the system components and are compatible with seal materials and paints normally specified for use in hydraulic systems with mineral oils except those made from natural rubber. It is specially recommended for use as fire resistant lubricant in steam and gas turbines. DESCRIPTION MACHINE OIL-40 are blends of high quality mineral base oils and selective EP additive package to provide low frictional properties, excellent corrosion protection, tackiness characteristics. DESCRIPTION SYNTH RFC OIL is todays ozone-friendly chlorine-free fully synthetic lubricants developed specifically for Refrigeration compressors using HFC-134a as refrigerant. They are specially formulated fully synthetic polyol ester (POE) base oils and a unique additive system to provide outstanding lubricity, wear protection, chemical and thermal stability, and hydrolytic stability for severe service conditions that are beyond the capacities of conventional mineral oils, they improve the performance and efficiency of standard refrigeration systems compared to conventional oils. Polyol Ester [POE] base lubricants have miscibility with HFC, refrigerants such as HFC-134a, similar to that of mineral oils with CFC’s. SYF 1770 lubricant is designed for refrigeration systems with very high reciprocating compressor temperatures. They are also suitable for very low evaporator temperatures and for screw compressor system using refrigerants such as HFC 134A, R407A, R-407C, R-410A, R-404A, DANFOSE POE 160 SZ Compressors etc. APPLICATIONS  SYNTH RFC OIL series oils are hygroscopic and care must be taken to avoid moisture absorption during handling. Packages should be tightly closed when not in use, and small packaging preferred. Product should not be transferred to plastic containers that may allow moisture ingress.  SYNTH RFC OIL series are recommended for refrigeration systems where HFC, HFO and HFO/FHC blends refrigerants are used. It has outstanding oxidation resistance and stability. It has high-load carrying capacity and excellent affinity for metal surfaces to protect against wear, intermittent operation, in warm or cold climates. It has natural detergency for improved cleanliness; the oils have good oxidation control, anti rust & corrosion and anti wear properties and excellent hydraulic stability and anti foaming characteristics. It also has excellent low temperature properties of the fluid due to synthetic base oil, it will ensure good operation at temperatures lower than -50 °C.

DESCRIPTION SYHTH HTF-24 is a semi-synthetic superior quality heat transfer fluid is designed high boiling point for use in non-pressurized/low pressure, indirect heating systems. It delivers efficient, dependable, uniform process heat with no need for high pressures. SYHTH HTF-24 formulated from selected synthetic & mineral base oil stocks and additive system, that delivers outstanding performance and thermal stability with low vapour pressure, high thermal conductivity, oxidation stability and also provide reliable and consistent heat transfer performance over long period of service life. fluid offers excellent heat transfer properties over extended periods operating at continuously high operating temperatures. This oil has a relatively high flash point, low vapour pressure and low volatility. It is compatible with most of the mineral oils normally used in heat transfer systems.APPLICATIONS  SYHTH HTF-24 is recommended for heat transfer systems for industrial applications like non pressurized, indirectly heated, closed loop, liquid phase, chemical plants, process heating, food, feed, drink plants, textile plants, pharmaceuticals & processing industries heat transfer systems extended maximum use operating at bulk fluid temperatures up to 355°C. It is also suitable for applications where repeated heating and cooling cycles are involved.  SYHTH HTF-24 can be used in continuous heat transfer system with the following temperature limit for indirect heating in a closed system with forced circulation. 

DESCRIPTION: VAC PUMP OIL ISO 100 is a non-toxic, high performance vacuum oil is formulated from selected premium performance, highly refined mineral oils to maximize lubricant lifetime, even under conditions of high load and elevated temperature. This provides the low vapor pressure and high performance, desired for the effective lubrication of rotary vacuum pumps. It has a low vapour pressure to enhance pump efficiency and is suitable for use with a wide range of vacuum pump. FEATURES & BENEFITS  Maintenance savings – VAC PUMP OIL ISO 100 provide excellent resistance to oil degradation. This ensures it will provide a long service life as well as reduced tendency for sludge build up and deposit formation.  Increased wear and corrosion protection - TMS Vacuum Pump Oil ISO 100 helps provide effective protection of internal metal surfaces from corrosion and wear.  System efficiency - The selection of low vapor pressure base oils with a narrow boiling range enables the pump to efficiently work at the vacuum for which it is designed over the extended maintenance period.  Rotary vacuum pumps - VAC PUMP OIL ISO 100 is use in rotary and sliding vane vacuum pumps. It is used to provide low vacuum pressures & suitable for most industrial rotary vacuum pump applications.  Standard operating environments – VAC PUMP OIL ISO 100 is suitable for applications where ambient temperatures are above 0°C and where maximum operating temperatures do not exceed 100°C. Maximum vacuum pressure capability generally tends to decrease as the pump operating temperatures increase. It is suitable for vacuum pumps working in a vacuum range of 100 mbar - 102 mbar. It is not recommended for use when corrosive gasses or chemical vapors are involved in the extraction process. 

DESCRIPTION: SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is fully synthetic compressor oil blended with di-esters and selected additives, including specific inhibitors added to extend life and to improve their ability to protect against corrosion. These lubricants can be used for severe duty, multistage compressors that provide outstanding deposit control and long lubricant life. SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is available in six different grades and also provide excellent air separation and possess low foaming tendencies. It offers an extended service life in rotary screw compressor (up to 12,000 hours) and greatly reduced deposits in both single and multistage reciprocating air compressors. APPLICATION  High-severity rotary and reciprocating air compressors, especially effective in multi-stage units where there has been a history of excessive oil deposits, whether in large or small cylinders with high or low pressure.  Rotary air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –40°C and 110°C.  Reciprocating air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –35°C and 200°C (or up to 220°C for short periods).  SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL are recommended for use in rotary screw compressors (ISO 32, 46 and 68) and reciprocating compressors (ISO 100, 150 and 220).

DESCRIPTION REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR oil is formulated with high quality oil for lubrication of refrigeration and air conditioning compressors formulated from selected naphthenic base oils having excellent oxidation stability & selected additive package. It provides very low pour points, very low floc point, high resistance to deposit formation and chemical and thermal stability to provide excellent performance over long service period. It is designed to operate at extremely low temperatures whilst minimizing the buildup of varnish, sludge and waxy deposits which can block filters and affect the performance and efficiency of refrigeration compressors. It is suitable for both screw and reciprocating refrigeration compressors. It is suitable for ammonia and most other commonly used refrigerants. APPLICATIONS  Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors used in refrigeration/chilling systems.  Refrigeration systems, chillers and cold storage compressors Not recommended for use in breathing air compressors.  All types of screw and reciprocating refrigeration compressors where ammonia and most other types of commonly used refrigerants are in use.  Ideal for refrigeration compressors with oil recirculating systems fitted. Standard compressor oils are usually total loss due to the degraded condition of the oil. However, it has been proven that REFRIGERATION COMPRESSOR oil keeps systems clean and is in a reusable condition making it ideal for systems that recirculate the oil. 

DESCRIPTION: SYNTH CHAIN OIL are fully synthetic lubricants specially designed to lubricate bearing, chains, slides, gears and other mechanisms for application where temperature often exceeds 300 °C. It is formulated with high molecular weight synthetic hydrocarbons, special diesters & polymers with a special anti-wear additive pack to provide exceptional performance lubrication in severe conditions encountered in drying & ovens. It gives a clean carbon-residue free on the chains and trouble-free operations at elevated temperatures. This state-of-the-art chain lubricant will provide outstanding performance on all type of industrial & transport equipments including roller chains, tooth chains & antifiction bearings as well as sliding & plain guides.
