DESCRIPTION:

SYNTH XHT 460 HD is heavy duty synergetic special lithium complex grease extended service intended for a wide variety of heavy duty applications and operating conditions. SYNTH XHT 460 HD is formulated with premium high viscosity synergistic base oils, antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors & special EP (Extreme Pressure) additives to provide a heavier oil film for applications with excessive loading at slow and medium speed & high temperature. SYNTH XHT 460 greases contain small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. This grease provides with excellent load-carrying capacity, extra wear resistance prevents seizures & excessive wear when operating under higher loads, resulting in longer equipment component life. It possesses resistance to water washout and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence, vibration & high shock loads are there and gives outstanding performance. 

 APPLICATIONS: Marine & Offshore: Scrapers, rakes, dockside cranes, water environments such as slips ways, wire ropes, crane pulleys, Anchor winches, Deck equipment bearings, Cargo door hinges, Thruster and rudder bearings, spring leaves, chain drives, Open and Semi-Open Gear Systems, boat trailers and similar applications where heavy duty bearings, pins, bushes, slides etc are subjected to extreme wet conditions. APPLICATIONS

Hybrid metal complex greases are ideal for heavy-duty and extreme environments across multiple industries. 

·        Heavy industry:  Used in steel & power plants, sugar, mining and other heavy engineering units for continuous casting machines (CCM), block slab casters, hot rolling work roll bearings, hot strip mill, cold rolling mill, plate mill, wire rod mill, bar mill, tube mill, pelletizing plant, sintering machine, roll necks, blast furnace, conveyors, and rock crushers.

·        Manufacturing: Applications include paper industry where calendar roll bearings & equipment operating in wet, humid/acidic conditions, packaging industry and industrial machinery where heavy vibrations, high temperatures & high shock loads are common.

·        Automotive and transportation: They are used for wheel bearings in vehicles, especially heavy earth-moving equipment. Newer formulas are also designed for high-performance electric and hybrid vehicles.

DESCRIPTION:
SYNTH PD RB-2 & RB-00 is a special high performance synthetic grease based on PolyAlphaOlefin
lubrication for robot gear systems, cables, roller bearings, high speed bearings in robotic
applications. Formulated with lithium complex soap thickener, high quality 100% synthetic
Polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand high mechanical
stability, low friction and torque values. It contains high dosage of PAO synthetic ester additives
with white solid lubricants German technology additive & Mox-Active (Organo-Molybdenum-
Complex) an improvement additive system are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand high
continuous loads to creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum
wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures,
heavy vibrations & high shock loads. Due to special synthetic additive package antioxidants, anti-
corrosion, rust inhibitors & special EP additives this grease gives low oil separation, resistance to
water washout for equipment protection, extremely smooth surfaces resulting in minimum wear
and reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and very low co-efficient of
friction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. It also provides optimum wear protection
under extreme loads at high speeds.

Description:

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT 701 & 701L is a hydrocarbon resistance synthetic high temperature & heavy duty grease designed specifically developed for valve sealants to seal a severely leaking valves and prevent high leakage issue in Geothermal, X-Mas tree, Wellhead Gate & Plug valves applications with high solid lubricants contents, high metal adhesion promotes to fill valve cavity and extended cavity retention and long-lasting protection for high temperature service valves. It may be injected into the valve cavity plug and ball valves in an attempt to assist with emergency sealing and it is also able to be pumped by high pressure pumps.

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 & 701L is blended with special chemical resistance synthetic oil, Inorganic thickener formulated with special chemical additives like anti-oxidant, anti-rust, molybdenum disulphide, ultra-fine crystalline micronized graphite with high solid contains for valve sealant to fill valve cavity particles, corrosion inhibitor as well as special extreme pressure (EP) additives to withstand severe corrosion due to hydrogen sulphide and improve metal adhesion and provide excellent film forming in applications of valves in oil drilling. It has been proven ultra-fine crystalline micronized graphite with Elastomer fillers to enhance wear and leakage. Elastomer fillers (rubbery materials) provides flexibility, sealing leakage, strength, stiffness and resistance to wear while greases provide lubrication and reduce friction. Elastomer fillers are primarily used to create components like seals, gaskets, and vibration dampers, while grease is used to lubricate valves, bearings, gears, and other moving parts. 

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 & 701L is fully resistant to all types of produced to high levels of H2S and CO2. This is a hydrocarbon resistance grease having excellent metal adhesion and lubricating properties even at high pressures and high temperature which gives long lasting protection against crude oil, gas, petroleum liquids, acid and water.

 Important Note:

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 holds with 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm scratch size with record maximum pressure upto 12000 psi at which a seal with zero leak off rate (LOR) can be held reliably upto 1.0mm to 2.0mm. 701 is observed to block up in the secondary check fittings.

 SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701L holds with 0.5mm to 1.0 mm scratch size with record maximum pressure upto 12000 psi at which a seal with zero leak off rate (LOR) can be held reliably upto 0.5mm to 1.0mm. 701L is observed to solve the blocking problem with secondary check fittings to seal a severely leaking valve.

 Applications:

·         SYNTH VALVE-701 HD is formulated to seal a severely leaking valves and prevent high leakage issue injected into the valve cavity, to assist in achieving a seal across the gate or seat surfaces used in valve wellhead valve, injector and producer gate valve, plug valve, gaskets, packing, pipe threaded connections, bolts, couplings and other areas where high solvent resistance is required specially used in steam and wellhead service operations. Excellent lubricant for applications involving H₂S corrosion.

·         Mainly suitable for API 6A Wellhead Gate Valves where sour crude & gas other impurities are present.

DESCRIPTION:

ALCOM-2 (M) is a premium multipurpose heavy duty and high temperature synergetic water resistance grease specially developed for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), construction and industrial applications in rotating bearing, ring & pinion gears. ALCOM-2 (M) formulated with special aluminum complex thickener, premium high quality synergistic base oils, antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors & special EP (Extreme Pressure) additives. It also contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive, 4% to 5% molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) & high purity crystalline graphite which plate out to resist metal-to-metal contact in boundary modes of lubrication and creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. This grease provides with excellent load-carrying capacity, extra wear resistance prevents seizures & excessive wear when operating under higher loads, resulting in longer equipment component life. Apart from high drop point and excellent water resistance, the Aluminium complex thickener system attributes unique reversibility characteristics to the grease, which other soap and non-soap based greases cannot offer.

DESCRIPTION

SYNTH HP-32 PTFE is synthetic multipurpose grease specifically designed to face all these lubrications problems when working within -55°C and +150°C. It is capable of working without losing lubricating capacity, i.e. to maintain a suitable lubricating film that avoids the metal-metal contact despite the strong operating conditions variations.

SYNTH HP-32 PTFE is formulated with lithium soap thickened and synthetic Polyalphaolefin (PAO) high viscosity index base oil for high speed at low temperature operations. It contains special chemical additives such as pulverized PTFE powder, synthetic PAO Ester, Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) creates a passive film on friction surfaces, avoids metal-metal contact, reduce the fatigue and abrasive wear considerably even under extreme pressures conditions where operating speeds and temperature are too high and low.

SYNTH HP-32 PTFE has excellent resistance to water washout, rust and corrosion protection. The variation with temperatures is weak and its resistance to aging secures a lubrication life. At low temperatures, a conventional lubricant would experience a too high viscosity increase, which would make the grease harden. With high temperatures a significant decrease of viscosity would be appreciated and consequently provoke a high reduction of the lubricating power of the grease. Then wear problems, bearing and mechanisms breakage would appear, forcing to stop the machine etc.
