DESCRIPTION:

PD-2 SYNTH is high performance synthetic grease with lithium complex soap thickener formulated with high quality 100% synthetic Polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand mechanical & thermal stability with high continuous shock loads and heavy vibrations. PD-2 SYNTH contains high dosage of PAO synthetic ester additives with special white solid lubricants with German technology additive Mox-Active (Organo-Molybdenum-Complex) an improvement additive system are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand high continuous loads to creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, heavy vibrations & high shock loads. Due to special synthetic additive package antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors & special EP additives this grease gives resistance to water washout for equipment protection, extremely smooth surfaces resulting in minimum wear and reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and very low co-efficient of friction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. It also provides optimum wear protection under extreme loads at high speeds.

 

APPLICATIONS

·        PD-2 SYNTH grease is specially used for Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) Crushers Machines for stone crushing, mining & quarry industry.

·        It is recommended for sealed for life bearings, rolling element bearings, high-speed antifriction bearings, electric motors, fans, air-conditioning bearings, automotive alternator/generator/starter motor bearings and other wide range of industrial & modern robotic manufacturing equipment applications where continuous high temperatures or intermittent very high temperatures is experienced with shock load and vibrations. Wide operating temperature range: -40°C to +160°C.

·        PD-2 SYNTH is recommended for anti-friction bearings where high resistance to water washing is needed with grease reservoir and for leaky gear boxes. This grease is easily pumpable in manual & automatic centralized lubrication systems lubrication systems due to the soft structure; it does not channel on gears running at high speeds when using.

(Hydraulics & Excavator Hammer & Breaker Grease) DESCRIPTION: HT 800 CHISEL PASTE is an extreme pressure, high temperature paste fortified with heavy duty high performance aluminum complex soap based grease a balanced blend of solid lubricants (Copper, MOS2 and Graphite) in a heavy duty, high film base oil. HT 800 CHISEL PASTE is designed to lubricate and give “Armor-like" plating on the shaft, pins and bushings of Hydraulic & Excavator hammers and breakers. Due to its high solid content and non-melting synthetic thickener it will not slide down the shank of the tool during its operation. Solid lubricants such as graphite and copper with excellent release effect and ambient working temperature range from -20°C to 1100°C (-4°F to 2012°F). High metal content acts ball bearing to minimize high-temperature friction between the surfaces in contact, resulting in less wear between the chisel, retainer bars and bushings. It reduces the cost of operation by extending the lifetime of the wear parts and reducing the risk of working tool fractures. It is suitable for both in hot & cold weather and also in high temperatures, under water breakers where extensive water contact or presence of sea water (salt water) & resistance to water washout and effective protection from wear and corrosion. COPAZ-B2 is a copper based anti-seize paste compound reinforced with micronized particles (Copper, MOS2, Graphite) solid lubricants and to further enhance its performance particularly in applications where conventional copper based anti seize products may fail to perform. Micro pitting Micro pitting occurs under elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) and will appear on the working surfaces of the gear. It is recognized as damaging to gear tooth accuracy, and in some cases, a primary failure mode. Micropitting begins as surface contact at high points on gear tooth surfaces, such as crests of undulations, peaks of cutter scallops, ridges of grinding lay and edges of grinding scratches where maximum peak-to-valley roughness of tooth surface may be about two to four mm. It may occur at edges of teeth and boundaries of surface defects, such as scratches and dents.
