DESCRIPTION:SYNTH PD RB-2 & RB-00 is a special high performance synthetic grease based on PolyAlphaOlefinlubrication for robot gear systems, cables, roller bearings, high speed bearings in roboticapplications. Formulated with lithium complex soap thickener, high quality 100% syntheticPolyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand high mechanicalstability, low friction and torque values. It contains high dosage of PAO synthetic ester additiveswith white solid lubricants German technology additive & Mox-Active (Organo-Molybdenum-Complex) an improvement additive system are forming a stable lubricant film to withstand highcontinuous loads to creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, optimumwear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures,heavy vibrations & high shock loads. Due to special synthetic additive package antioxidants, anticorrosion,rust inhibitors & special EP additives this grease gives low oil separation, resistance towater washout for equipment protection, extremely smooth surfaces resulting in minimum wearand reduces maintenance cost and extend the life of equipment and very low co-efficient offriction elements avoiding seizure & expensive repairs. It also provides optimum wear protectionunder extreme loads at high speeds.APPLICATIONS SYNTH PD RB-2 guarantees a lifetime lubrication for robotic cables, roller bearings, electricbearings, high speed & high temperature bearings, low-friction shifting and easy sliding ofcables at rails easy application (manual or with spraying gun) due to the soft structure of theproduct, walls of insulating plastic tubes grease-lubricated sliding surfaces with wide operatingtemperature application range: -40°C to +160°C. SYNTH PD RB-00 is developed for use in robot gear systems, where grease lubrication ispreferred over lubrication by gear oil. Low temperature performance is accurately measuredfor this type of flow grease by Rheometer measurement down to -40°C designed for easierstart up at low temperatures. Operating temperature application range: -40°C to +160°C.

Formulated from water soluble PAO/Ester based (PolyAlphaOlefin) with high viscosity index synthetic base oil, extra anti-foam (silicon free defoamer) with ester additive and excellent load carrying capacity, extreme pressure, anti-oxidant, anti-rust and anti-foam additives. SYNTHETIC HD TECHGEAR EP provide clean-gear performance, excellent extreme pressure and micro-pitting protection, anti-wear, superior performance across wide temperature range, and provides energy saving opportunities with reduced bulk oil temperatures, smooth operation of the gear drives and up to 2x long lasting performance. PolyAlphaOlefin (PAO) is 100% synthetic base oil which provides longer lubrication.

APPLICATION

·         Recommended for industrial & wind turbines gearboxes of all sizes and capacities, especially for heavy loads and high shock loaded gear units at extreme high & low temperature environments.

·         It is especially recommended for wind turbines & industrial heavy loaded industrial gearboxes applications such as main gear motors for pitch and yaw drives that may be subject to Auxiliary gearboxes, micro pitting, gearbox rolling element bearings, especially heavily loaded gearboxes with surface-hardened tooth metallurgies at high and low speed.

DESCRIPTION:

SYNTH HYDRO HFC is a high performance synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid formulated with polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base oil & polyol ester base stocks, and selected additives. It is specially being formulated with a blend of water, ethylene or diethylene glycol, with high level multi-functional additives such as antiwear agent, anti-oxidizer, rust inhibitor, defoamer and high-viscosity polyglycol thickeners to meet the HFC classification for fire-resistant hydraulic oils of the water-glycol type. It is designed for use in high-pressure hydraulic systems where the requirements for fire resistance, pump wear protection and viscosity are met by water-glycol fluids.

 

APPLICATION:

·        It can be used as the hydraulic fluid in Industrial & Construction mobile equipment’s, Piling Rigs, TBN (Tunnel Boring Machine), Excavators, Cranes hydrostatic drives, servo valves, robotics, Hydraulic & power transmission systems including high-pressure subjected to a wide range of ambient & operating.

·        It is also recommended for hydraulic and fluid power transmission and control systems in very high temperature operating areas. They are suitable for use in metal, mining, power and glass industries. They can replace mineral hydraulic oils where good lubrication and protection against wear is required with higher resistance to fire hazards.
