DESCRIPTION SYNTH VALVE GREASE MP-601 is a specially formulated multipurpose synthetic grease in valve lubrications for all kinds of gate and plug valves used across Petroleum Industries. The grease is made from fully specialized synthetic base oil for extraordinary chemical resistant to all kinds of Petroleum Industries in an inorganic thickener incorporated with special extreme pressure additives creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs with antioxidants, anti-corrosion, rust inhibitors. The grease has very good surface property adhesion properties for all metals surfaces even when subjected to very high pressure upto 15000 psi. APPLICATIONS SYNTH VALVE GREASE MP-601 is used in all kinds of Wellhead, Xmas tree valves, gate and plug valves used in crude oil, natural gas production, sour crude, gas, acids, sand slurries and difficult condensates pipe line applications. 

DESCRIPTION SYNTH HTL STEAM PLUS is a high temperature valve grease based blended with special chemical resistance synthetic oil & Inorganic thickener. It is specially formulated with special chemical additives like anti-oxidant, anti-rust, molybdenum disulphide, graphite, corrosion inhibitor as well as special extreme pressure (EP) additives to withstand severe corrosion due to hydrogen sulphide and improve metal adhesion and provide excellent film forming in applications of valves in oil drilling. This is a hydrocarbon resistance grease having excellent metal adhesion and lubricating properties even at high pressures and high temperature steam service valves which gives long lasting protection against crude oil, gas, petroleum liquids, acid and water. This grease is suitable for plug valve, threaded connections, injector and producer gate valve specially used in steam and wellhead service operations. APPLICATIONS  SYNTH HTL STEAM PLUS is formulated to use in valve wellhead valve, injector and producer gate valve, plug valve, gaskets, packing, pipe threaded connections, bolts, couplings and other areas where high solvent resistance is required specially used in steam and wellhead service operations.  Excellent lubricant for applications involving Hydrogen Sulphide corrosion.  Mainly suitable for API 6A Wellhead Gate Valves where sour crude & gas other impurities are present. SYNTH VALVE SEALANT 701 & 701L is a hydrocarbon resistance synthetic high temperature & heavy duty grease designed specifically developed for valve sealants to seal a severely leaking valves and prevent high leakage issue in Geothermal, X-Mas tree, Wellhead Gate & Plug valves applications with high solid lubricants contents, high metal adhesion promotes to fill valve cavity and extended cavity retention and long-lasting protection for high temperature service valves. It may be injected into the valve cavity plug and ball valves in an attempt to assist with emergency sealing and it is also able to be pumped by high pressure pumps.

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 & 701L is blended with special chemical resistance synthetic oil, Inorganic thickener formulated with special chemical additives like anti-oxidant, anti-rust, molybdenum disulphide, ultra-fine crystalline micronized graphite with high solid contains for valve sealant to fill valve cavity particles, corrosion inhibitor as well as special extreme pressure (EP) additives to withstand severe corrosion due to hydrogen sulphide and improve metal adhesion and provide excellent film forming in applications of valves in oil drilling. It has been proven ultra-fine crystalline micronized graphite with Elastomer fillers to enhance wear and leakage. Elastomer fillers (rubbery materials) provides flexibility, sealing leakage, strength, stiffness and resistance to wear while greases provide lubrication and reduce friction. Elastomer fillers are primarily used to create components like seals, gaskets, and vibration dampers, while grease is used to lubricate valves, bearings, gears, and other moving parts. 

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 & 701L is fully resistant to all types of produced to high levels of H2S and CO2. This is a hydrocarbon resistance grease having excellent metal adhesion and lubricating properties even at high pressures and high temperature which gives long lasting protection against crude oil, gas, petroleum liquids, acid and water.

 

Important Note:

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701 holds with 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm scratch size with record maximum pressure upto 12000 psi at which a seal with zero leak off rate (LOR) can be held reliably upto 1.0mm to 2.0mm. 701 is observed to block up in the secondary check fittings.

 

SYNTH VALVE SEALANT-701L holds with 0.5mm to 1.0 mm scratch size with record maximum pressure upto 12000 psi at which a seal with zero leak off rate (LOR) can be held reliably upto 0.5mm to 1.0mm. 701L is observed to solve the blocking problem with secondary check fittings to seal a severely leaking valve.

 

Applications:

·         SYNTH VALVE-701 HD is formulated to seal a severely leaking valves and prevent high leakage issue injected into the valve cavity, to assist in achieving a seal across the gate or seat surfaces used in valve wellhead valve, injector and producer gate valve, plug valve, gaskets, packing, pipe threaded connections, bolts, couplings and other areas where high solvent resistance is required specially used in steam and wellhead service operations. Excellent lubricant for applications involving H₂S corrosion.

WR MOLEX-00 460 is tacky and high quality Lithium based grease incorporating multifunctional, extreme pressure additives, finely dispersed with pure molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), and assures long re greasing intervals. WR HTXX-00 460 is tacky and high quality Bentonite clay based grease incorporating multifunctional, extreme pressure additives, finely dispersed with pure molybdenum disulphide (MoS2), and assures long re-greasing intervals. DESCRIPTION: SYNTHETIC MOLY HTXX-2 460 HD grease is synthetic long life moly disulfide high temperature grease designed especially for metal industry, automotive & industrial applications. It contains antioxidants, anti corrosion and EP additives, solid lubricants containing MoS2, Graphite, and bentonite clay thickener grease designed with high viscosity synthetic base oils to withstand water. These greases contain small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additive, special white solid lubricants Mox-Active (Organo Molybdenum Complex) a German technology improvement friction modifier additive & 4% to 5% molybdenum disulphide creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, high drop point, optimum wear protection and an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures, vibrations & heavy shock loads. Provide a heavier oil film for applications with excessive loading at slow and medium speed at high temperature. Lubrication at temperatures >400°C is very often poorly controlled. Use of traditional or even synthetic greases is not enough, or requires almost daily topping up. To resist decomposition or strong evaporation of the base oils at these extreme high temperatures, the solution is to employ non-conventional chemistries. The synthetic base oils used are in particular: PAO (PolyAlphaOlefin) greases are composed of 100% synthetic base oil which provides longer lubrication. APPLICATIONS  It is recommended for heavily loaded plain & anti-friction bearings applications in severe environments where continuous low & medium speed bearings with high loads intermittent with very high temperatures are experienced under heavy shock loads. DESCRIPTION OF SYNTH VALVE GREASE-C: SYNTH VALVE GREASE-C is fully synthetic base cleaner valve grease designed for application in valves, where crude oil, petroleum liquids are used in ball, gate and plug valves to be injected directly into the internal seat sealant system to clean important seal faces and sealant passages. Use whenever the valve is hard to turn or won't seal properly. Softens old sealants that have been affected by dry natural, removes residual build up from seal points. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-C can be used to clean and free-up seized valves or hard valves. Oxygenated solvents help in cleaning of old sealants and stop the valves from leaking. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-C is effectively resist the solvents and prevents leakages as valve sealant and for “O” ring etc in Crude oil lines. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-C is used for cleaning and lubrication of valves used in pipelines of crude oils and petroleum liquids. DESCRIPTION OF SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G: SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G is a fully synthetic base cleaner valve grease product specifically designed to clean important seal faces, sealant passages clean and maintain valves. The purpose of a SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G is to remove accumulated deposits, scale, rust, and other contaminants that can hinder the proper functioning of valves over time. These deposits may lead to reduced efficiency, increased friction, and potential valve malfunctions. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G formulation is developed to dissolve or dislodge such deposits, restoring optimal performance. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G is effectively resist the gases and solvents, to prevents leakages as valve sealant and for “O” ring etc in Solvent & Gas lines. SYNTH VALVE GREASE-G is used for cleaning and lubrication of valves used in pipelines of petroleum gases & solvents.

DESCRIPTION MFC - 500 is a metal free anti-seize paste based on a combination of micro fine molybdenum disulphide, specially processed graphite and heat resistant inorganic low friction secondary boundary film lubricants in an aluminium complex soap based grease along with additives to prevent degradation from oxidation, rust and corrosion. MFC - 800 is a premium grade metal free compound formulated specially for use on tool joints and drill collars in the oil field industry. MFC - 800 is formulated with pure amorphous synthetic graphite along with high performance minerals and polymeric materials blended in a high drop point, water resistant grease and is particularly suitable for use under adverse operating conditions. APPLICATIONS  MFC - 500: As a low friction running-in, metal priming paste for all new or rebuilt mechanical equipment such as gears, sliding bearings, slide ways, joints, sleeves, splines, cams, journal bearings. For use in the oilfield industry as a tool joint and drill collar compound for preventing seizure, galling and ensure easy breakout for all drill collars, drill pipes, tubing’s and casings.  MFC – 800: As a lubrication of all sliding metal surfaces to reduce wear, friction and prevent cold welding of surfaces such as for shafts, bushes, splined shafts, pumps, valves, threaded spindles.  As an antifriction and anti-wear lubricant for heavily loaded surfaces under slow sliding speeds for preventing cold welding of sliding surfaces under heavy loads.

DESCRIPTION POWERMAXX TCZ - 40 / 50 / 60 contains over 40%, 50% and 60% finely powdered high purity zinc. The compounded product is fortified with special metal deactivators for chemical stability and reduction in plating tendency which optimum lubrication to prevent galling and seizing and the need for excess Torque application to achieve break-out. These do not build up on threads and protect against additional make up. This grease provides adequate protection against corrosion. It does not build up on thread and is brushable, resist water absorption and retain consistency over a wide range temperature band. Micro pitting Micro pitting occurs under elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) and will appear on the working surfaces of the gear. It is recognized as damaging to gear tooth accuracy, and in some cases, a primary failure mode. Micropitting begins as surface contact at high points on gear tooth surfaces, such as crests of undulations, peaks of cutter scallops, ridges of grinding lay and edges of grinding scratches where maximum peak-to-valley roughness of tooth surface may be about two to four mm. It may occur at edges of teeth and boundaries of surface defects, such as scratches and dents. It may also occur adjacent to damage from other failure modes such as micropitting or scuffing, and anywhere lubricant film is disrupted.

Drilling Section: Base fluid of choice to formulate high performance mud for drilling complex wells like:  Long horizontal wells, Deep water wells, High temperature & high pressure wells.  Suitable for deep water environments with mud line temperatures -40°F or 4.4°C.  Suitable for high-temperature high-pressure (HTHP) environments with exceptional thermal stability in borehole temperatures up to 450°F or 232°C. Hydraulic Sections: Used a carrier fluid for guar gum package and friction reducer in:  Slick water fracks (Friction reducer).  Conventional guar fracks.    

DESCRIPTION: VALVE BF-300 is petroleum oil-based sealant suitable for displacing water and foreign material in gate valve body cavities. VALVE BF-300 designed to purge water and other contaminants from body cavity, to protect valve from the damage and corrosion that occurs during storage and other site conditions. VALVE BF-300 should be used in applications where economy is required and hydrocarbon resistance is not a major concern. Recent formulation enhancements have improved resistance and metal adherence to deliver reliable protection and resistance across a wider temperature range. VALVE BF-300 is formulated with antioxidants, corrosion inhibitor and EP additives with high solid lubricants containing high quality micronized graphite, bentonite clay thickener designed with high special mineral base oil to withstand water. VALVE BF-300 field service has shown it has excellent ability to remain in the body cavity. It has good metal adhesion properties and readily flows into hard-to-fill orifices and channels when pumped with a high-pressure lubricator. APPLICATIONS VALVE BF-300 recommended for used in situations where economy is a factor and maximum hydrocarbon resistance is not required. Good for close tolerance valves due to metal adhesion and superior flow properties under pressure. Where temperatures fall below -10°F (-23°C), or greater/easier pumpability is required. VALVE BF-300 is excellent for lubricating valves, post hydrotesting recommended in Oil & Gas industry prior to storage or shipping.
