DESCRIPTION: SYNTH POLYTHERM-100, 220 & 460 is high performance long life polyurea grease suitable in wide range of industrial applications. This grease is formulated with high viscosity & quality synergistic (semi-synthetic) base oil stocks engineered. It contains small dosage of synthetic (PAO) ester additives with special white solid lubricants Mox-Active a German technology improvement additive creates a passive film on friction surfaces before friction occurs, an extremely low coefficient of friction even under extreme pressures. Special EP additives which gives outstanding thermal & superior shear stability, excellent high temperature capabilities, provide strong anti-oxidant, ant-wear, excellent water resistance properties. It also gives excellent lubrication for extended bearings life and gives longer relubrication interval periods over a wide range & high temperature. Excellent oil film retention property when temperature rises the grease bleeds oil and when temperature drops, the free oil returns back to the grease. Micro pitting Micro pitting occurs under elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) and will appear on the working surfaces of the gear. It is recognized as damaging to gear tooth accuracy, and in some cases, a primary failure mode. Micropitting begins as surface contact at high points on gear tooth surfaces, such as crests of undulations, peaks of cutter scallops, ridges of grinding lay and edges of grinding scratches where maximum peak-to-valley roughness of tooth surface may be about two to four mm. It may occur at edges of teeth and boundaries of surface defects, such as scratches and dents. It may also occur adjacent to damage from other failure modes such as micropitting or scuffing, and anywhere lubricant film is disrupted.

R&O TURBINE OIL is a premium-quality turbine oil with rust and oxidation inhibited in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. It is manufactured from premium high refined & high viscosity index paraffinic base oil technology. It contains anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, ashless, zinc-free and non-silicone anti-foam inhibitors to provide outstanding performance and protection in steam, gas & hydroelectric turbines. The oil has good water separating properties, high oxidation and thermal stability, first-rate anti-corrosion properties, and low carbon forming tendency at high temperatures to minimize deposit formation and provide long service life. It has outstanding oxidation resistance and stability. It has high-load carrying capacity and excellent affinity for metal surfaces to protect against wear. It has natural detergency for improved cleanliness; the oils have good oxidation control, anti rust & corrosion and anti wear properties and excellent hydraulic stability and anti foaming characteristics. DESCRIPTION: SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is fully synthetic compressor oil blended with di-esters and selected additives, including specific inhibitors added to extend life and to improve their ability to protect against corrosion. These lubricants can be used for severe duty, multistage compressors that provide outstanding deposit control and long lubricant life. SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL is available in six different grades and also provide excellent air separation and possess low foaming tendencies. It offers an extended service life in rotary screw compressor (up to 12,000 hours) and greatly reduced deposits in both single and multistage reciprocating air compressors. APPLICATION  High-severity rotary and reciprocating air compressors, especially effective in multi-stage units where there has been a history of excessive oil deposits, whether in large or small cylinders with high or low pressure.  Rotary air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –40°C and 110°C.  Reciprocating air compressors where the operating temperature range is between –35°C and 200°C (or up to 220°C for short periods).  SYNTH AIR COMPRESSOR OIL are recommended for use in rotary screw compressors (ISO 32, 46 and 68) and reciprocating compressors (ISO 100, 150 and 220). It possesses resistance to water washing and provides effective protection against rust and corrosion for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals for extreme pressures, vibration, shock loads, wide temperature range and components that are prone to fretting corrosion. These greases are specially developed for application areas were extensive water contact or presence is there and gives outstanding performance. These greases having excellent water repellent properties with flow and pump-ability for automatic centralized and individualized systems.
